Return Shipping Costs
Incorrect, Damaged, or Defective Products
If you receive an incorrect item, a damaged product, or an item with a manufacturing defect, Trendy Vault will cover the return shipping costs.

You will be responsible for the actual return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
Please note that actual products may vary slightly from promotional images due to photography, lighting, or display settings. The physical product received shall take precedence.
How to Return an Item

Securely pack the item in its original packaging, including all accessories, tags, manuals, and included materials.

Refund Process

Once your return is received, our team will inspect the item to verify it meets our return eligibility requirements.
Refund Timing
After approval, refunds will be processed within 7 business days.
Depending on your payment provider or financial institution, funds may take up to 7 additional business days to appear in your account.
Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
